Performance Insights: We collect content performance metrics from your connected social accounts, including post reach, impressions, video views, story views, engagement rate, and audience demographics (age ranges, gender distribution, and geographic breakdown of your audience).

Campaign Activity: Records of campaigns you apply to, campaigns you participate in, content you submit, and the approval or delivery status of that content.

Transaction and Payment Information: Earnings history, withdrawal requests, and bank account details required to process payouts. Raw payment credentials are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by Inscend.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

Matching Creators with Collaborations: We analyse your social media profile, follower count, engagement metrics, content niche, and audience demographics to identify and suggest brand campaigns that are a relevant fit for you on the Inscend marketplace.

Determining Performance-Based Payments: Payments for campaigns are calculated based on your content's actual performance — including reach, views, and engagement data retrieved from your connected social media account. Higher reach and stronger engagement may result in higher payouts. The specific payment formula is outlined in each campaign brief.

To Communicate with You: We use your contact information to send campaign updates, payment notifications, platform announcements, and support responses.

To Improve Our Services: Aggregated and anonymised data may be used to understand platform usage patterns and improve our matching algorithms and features.

Visibility to Brands on Inscend: Brands that have registered on the Inscend platform can view your creator profile. This includes your social media statistics — such as follower count, engagement rate, content niche, reach data, and audience demographics — so they can make informed decisions about which creators to invite to or select for their campaigns. Brands do not have access to your private contact details, bank information, or any personally identifiable information beyond your public creator profile.

Service Providers: We may share your information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our platform (such as payment processors and cloud infrastructure providers), provided those parties are bound by confidentiality obligations and process your data only on our instructions.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information when required by law or when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
